100.3 KISS FM The Triad’s Hit Music Station, is currently hosting a charity clothing drive to benefit the YWCA Hawley House, themed Gown Town. The station alongside with etc. Consignment Shoppe, and The Gateway YWCA are collecting old formal dresses, specifically Prom, Cocktail, Bride’s Maid, Little Black Dress, etc. for them to be sold for $10.03 all on one day!

All dresses will be sold for $10.03 starting at 10:00am on Saturday, March 8, 2014 at etc. Consignment Shoppe: 690 Jonestown Rd, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the YWCA Hawley House, changing women’s lives through addiction recovery and supportive services.

“I have to give credit to my wife for helping create Gown Town, as she has told me you can’t rock the same dress twice. This, made no since to me as our closet was filled with them, so we thought of a solution on how to donate and get new ones,” said Keith Allen, Program Director for 100.3 KISS FM (WMKS).

A fun ways to get rid of your old dresses, and find the perfect new dress at a low cost, plus help out a great cause!
