PostNet Opens Newest Location in Stratford Village Shopping Center January 7

Local entrepreneurs Jennings and Jeanette Nelson and their son Jason Nelson are on a mission to help Winston-Salem small businesses with the opening of a new PostNet Neighborhood Business Center, located at 141 S. Stratford Rd, Winston-Salem, at the Stratford Village Shopping Center.

PostNet Winston-Salem provides design, print, direct mail, website layout and shipping services all under one roof, catering to small-business owners, employees who work from home, and busy consumers in the area. PostNet offers a number of digital printing, document finishing and professional packaging services as well as freedom of choice for the customer as an authorized shipping outlet for FedEx, UPS, DHL and the U.S. Postal Service.

The PostNet staff takes a consultative approach to marketing, working closely with each client to identify their objectives, build upon their ideas, and develop the best solutions to meet their needs. This includes everything from designing and printing custom invitations or signage for an important company event to helping create a brand image for a new or existing business looking to re-invent itself.

PostNet Winston-Salem is owned by members of the Nelson family, including husband-and-wife duo Jennings and Jeanette and their son Jason. On a day-to-day basis, the family owned franchise will be run by Jennings, Jeanette and their daughter Jessica, who will assume graphic design responsibilities. The Nelson family had always dreamed of opening their own business together to secure their financial independence. They ultimately decided to open a PostNet franchise because they believed it would meet the needs of Winston-Salem’s growing, robust small business community.

“Whether entrepreneurs are seeking design, direct mail or shipment options, we’re filling the void for convenient services that are essential to the success of start-ups and small businesses in the Winston-Salem area,” said Jennings Nelson. “It’s rewarding to know that we are helping to build economic prosperity and entrepreneurial growth in our local business community.”

PostNet has more than 700 franchises globally, and has successfully carved a niche as North America’s first Neighborhood Business Center. PostNet is a friendly, reliable partner for small businesses. Each Neighborhood Business Center is locally owned by a fellow small business owner who knows what it takes to succeed.

“Our franchise partners understand the challenges and opportunities that are unique to small businesses in their communities because they are small business owners themselves,” said Steve Greenbaum, co-founder and CEO of PostNet. “Of course there are other providers that design, print and ship, but it’s our culture, the guidance and direction we provide small-business owners and the ongoing partnerships we build with customers that makes the difference.”

PostNet Winston-Salem is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday. For more information, call (336) 306-9557.
