Celebrating 45 Years of Child Development

Of the nearly 30,000 children under the age of 5 in Forsyth, Davie, and Stokes Counties (2010 Census), a significant number do not have access to quality early childhood development opportunities such as exposure to reading, social interaction or good hygiene habits.

This is where Northwest Child Development Centers, a local non-profit, brings such value to our communities.

The MudPies childcare centers provide distinctive, caring, state-of-the-art early childhood development programs to as many as 700 children regardless of income. Programs are geared to prepare students from birth to age 5 for kindergarten and enrich the lives of before and after school students ages 5 to 12.

Join us in celebrating the organization’s 45th anniversary and become more informed about early childhood education in our community.
