Annual Meeting on Nov. 30 - the largest meeting in our 126 year history! Wells Fargo CEO John Stumpf praised Winston-Salem, the Piedmont Triad and North Carolina for our commitment to developing our economy and being an outstanding business location. Beltway Construction to Begin in 2014

At the Piedmont Triad Transporation Summit, Gov. Perdue announced that construction of the eastern leg 
of the Northern Beltway will begin in 2014. This has been a top priority of the Winston-Salem Chamber for many years and we thank everyone involved who has helped in this process. We encourage you all to get involved in the Chamber's Goverment Affairs efforts. The Chamber serves as the voice of Forsyth County businesses in local, state, and national issues.
