The Department of Revenue is offering a free workshop at the Winston-Salem service center (located at 450 W Hanes Mill Road, 27105) on Wednesday, September 20, from 9:00am – 11:30am.
Participants in our Business Tax Workshop will take part in a free, hands-on learning experience of common business tax filings with the NC Department of Revenue. The workshop will cover basic business tax compliance requirements ranging from registering your business to withholding from employees and sales and use tax requirements as well as how to file and pay taxes that are relevant to your business. Participants will become familiar with NC Tax Laws that are pertinent to businesses and the responsibilities of the business owner.
