Do you worry a lot? Feel anxious, nervous or jittery? Are you 60 years or older? If so, you may qualify for the Tranquil Moments II research study to reduce worry. Although worry and anxiety do not usually improve on their own, there are treatments that are useful and can improve your health. This is NOT a drug study and you will NOT have to change your medications. You will be paid for your time.

Participation in Tranquil Moments II involves either:

• 10 one-on-one weekly confidential talk therapy sessions with a personal study coach by telephone, or
• 10 group biweekly gentle yoga classes at a location in the community
