The application window is open now for Entrepreneurial Support Organizations (ESOs) and other local entities to apply for an Entrepreneurial Catalyst Grant.
Greater Winston-Salem Inc.’s ESO (Entrepreneurial Support Organization) Development Fund supports Winston-Salem-based organizations whose core functions directly serve Winston-Salem-based early-stage companies to support the creation of jobs and investment in Forsyth County.
Through the fund, Entrepreneurial Catalyst Grants of up to $10,000 per year, per organization, are available to advance operations, programs, or initiatives that strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. Awards are typically between $5,000 and $10,000.
Eligible activities for grant funding include capacity building for operations, program development & deployment, resource deployment, event offerings, early-stage fundraising support, and ecosystem-wide marketing efforts.
