Forsyth County Primary Election Recap

Greater Winston Salem Inc. extends an earnest congratulations to all of the winners from this week’s primary. Our organization is proud of the relationships we have with our entire elected delegation and their commitment to making Winston Salem/Forsyth County the best place to live, work, and locate. We look forward to working with all of you in the future. In the meantime, we will provide critical content for our members ahead of the general election in November to help our community have access to pertinent information about candidates and their platforms. Here is a quick snapshot of the primary results.

Forsyth County Board of Commissioners (At-Large)

Republican Nominee:
Terri Mrazek
Won GOP primary with approximately 66% of the vote

Democratic Nominee:
Dan Besse (Incumbent)
Won Democratic primary over Que Shavers
