Newest Location in Winston-Salem Reflects P.F. Chang’s Fresh Asian-Inspired Dining in a New, Contemporary Setting
Winston-Salem residents will have a new dining option with the opening of P.F. Chang’s on Monday, October 12th at 5 p.m. The restaurant will offer upscale dining, Asian-inspired dishes and freshly prepared flavors served in a contemporary setting, including an open patio where guests can enjoy the mild peninsula weather.
“We’re excited to open our doors to Winston-Salem,” said Bethany Potter, Operating Partner of the Winston-Salem restaurant. “We look forward to welcoming diners ready to enjoy a culinary journey and experience our fresh menu, robust flavors and signature service.”
The menu will feature the classic P.F. Chang’s favorites like Chicken Lettuce Wraps and Mongolian Beef as well as dishes like the Oolong Sea Bass and Walnut Shrimp with Melon, and lighter lunch pairings. Guests will enjoy P.F. Chang’s expansive wine, beer and specialty cocktail offerings. A few highlights from the menu include:

Jicama Street Tacos: Served in our signature crisp jicama shells
Pork: Lemongrass seared pork topped with a refreshing tropical pepper slaw
Kung Pao Chicken: Tender chicken strips wok-tossed in chili sauce with fresno peppers, chopped peanuts, and cool cucumbers
Lobster: Crisp, wild-caught lobster wok-seared with fresh cilantro and lime, tossed with shaved red onions and fresno peppers
Chicken Satay: Flame-grilled, marinated chicken skewers infused with coconut peanut sauce. Served with Bibb lettuce cups and a refreshing vegetable slaw
Kale & Quinoa Dip: Kale, quinoa and non-fat yogurt blended with shallots, garlic, cilantro and lemon juice, and served with sesame-seasoned wonton crisps

Dynamite Scallop Roll: Our signature California Roll topped with seared scallops, finished with a creamy sriracha sauce

Chang’s Chicken Lettuce Wraps: Our signature appetizer served with crisp lettuce cups, wok-seared chicken, mushrooms, green onion and water chestnuts over crispy rice sticks

Diners can opt to join P.F. Chang’s Preferred, P.F. Chang’s customer loyalty program for those who want to be rewarded for eating their favorite food. Members collect 10 points for every $1 spent, and receive a free P.F. Chang’s entrée with every 2,000 points accumulated. They’ll also receive 1,000 bonus points just for enrolling, so they’re halfway to a free entrée right out of the gate. Members will also receive bonus point opportunities throughout the year as well as exclusive benefits like access to special events and unique experiences, and a free surprise during their birthday month. P.F. Chang’s Preferred is entirely online so there are no membership cards to keep track of or remember — members simply provide their phone number at the register to earn points. The new P.F. Chang’s restaurant is located at 175 Harvey Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 and will be open from 11 a.m.-10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
