The Winston-Salem Buffalo Wild Wings Grand Opening is scheduled for Thursday, September 5 in the brand’s new design, intended to foster great experiences among friends. This is the first new design for Buffalo Wild Wings since 2012. The redesign kicks off in conjunction with the NFL season and features local craft brewers and giveaways, including tickets to the Carolina Panthers and the Carolina Hurricanes.

The state-of-the-art design includes a more dominant bar that anchors the indoor and patio dining experience, all new fixtures and flooring, VIP spaces, free-flowing and flexible seating areas and stadium-like A/V technologies with LED modular screens.

“Buffalo Wild Wings is all about creating legendary experiences between friends, and this new design was built to do just that,” said Lyle Tick, President, Buffalo Wild Wings. “We are giving guests the flexibility and freedom to truly be themselves and experience the game on their terms.”

The MVP Room, a distinct feature of the new design, is a space for private viewing and gaming. The MVP room offers gaming consoles, several TV screens, and self-pour beer taps. Guests must be 21 or older to access this space.

The Dugout, created to be an extension of the waiting area, features comfortable lounge seating and bleachers made from recycled basketball courts. It’s positioned near the bar area, convenient for guests to grab a drink and enjoy the games while they wait.

The bar, made from recycled basketball courts, is a focal point of the new design. Spirits are more centrally located behind the bar, with domestic, import and craft beers at the end with two rows of beer taps. On one side of the bar is the patio area, which is enclosed with rollup garage doors and includes skylights. On the other side is the bar’s sitting area, which includes an LED modular jumbotron and televisions surrounding the section, providing guests a great view of the game no matter where they’re seated.

In the adjoining dining area, the restaurant mixes rectangular and round tabletops, as well as community tables and booths for parties of all sizes. The dining area includes a second LED modular jumbotron screen that flanks an entire wall.

The new restaurant design includes state-of-the-art audio and visual capabilities, with anti-glare technology included on the large, arena-like 4k television screens.

The ribbon cutting will take place at 10:30 am while the Grand Opening celebration lasts from 11am-11pm on September 5.
