Lowe’s hosted the grand opening of its new IT Service Desk in Winston-Salem today. Lowe’s recently moved the technology operations team into the newly renovated 27,000 square-foot office space at Madison Park on University Parkway. The team of 110-plus analysts provides remote service support and resolves technology concerns as the first point of contact for all Lowe’s locations, including the company’s stores, supply chain facilities, and store support centers. Lowe’s tech support teams are co-located in Winston-Salem and Mooresville to ensure business continuity in the event of site outages, utility interruptions, weather-related events or other disruptions. In addition to opening the new office, Lowe’s is now hiring for more than 20 full-time and contractor tech support roles at the Winston-Salem location.
