How To Start A Startup
Every Monday from September 21st through November 23rd from 6-8pm

Come learn all about lean startup methods and best practices from national and local experts in entrepreneurship. Offered weekly in two-hour evening sessions over ten weeks, each session is accompanied by video lectures, readings, and books that feature the best of the best.  Running from September through November, this is the first in a series of courses that teach startups. everything they need to know.

Startup Grind Winston-Salem Hosts Dr. Tony Atala
Thursday, September 23rd from 5-8pm

Startup Grind is an event series and website designed to help educate, inspire, and connect local entrepreneurs.  Powered by Google for Entrepreneurs, it’s a great opportunity to learn from the best, network with other members of the startup community, and improve your chances of entrepreneurial success.  For the month of September, Flywheel is proud to host Dr. Tony Atala, MD, Director of the Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine, and the W.H. Boyce Professor and Chair of the Department of Urology at Wake Forest University.  Dr. Atala is a practicing surgeon and a researcher in the area of regenerative medicine.  His current work focuses on growing new human cells, tissues and organs.
